What makes the perfect male? A man so handsome that any woman or gay man would automatically pick him out of a crowd. Well studies show he has large expressive eyes set in a
smooth-skinned symmetrical face, a straight nose and rounded hair and jaw line. It also helps to have a great complexion since smooth skin in men conveys an absence of inherited disease or damage.
Although this perfect male might look slightly girly, they have found that modern women want caring feminine traits rather than more macho markings.
Many single women and single gay men now want a
trophy partner, a "new man" with domestic attributes that friends can admire at a party, but who can be trusted not to go home with one of them. Of course he is also caring, honest, sensitive
and intelligent.
Jude Law and Brad Pitt are cited as embodiments of the ideal man. Leonardo DiCaprio's looks would be too girlish to attract the mainstream, and a super-masculine Arnold
Schwarzenegger type would be too aggressive and promiscuous to make a reliable partner.

The cute label does not fit these guys. Instead they are more handsome than cute and the current label for such men is -HOT!
