Blush
Looking for a healthy, natural glow to your skin? Than a little Blush is just for you :P Don't forget to buy a Blush Brush to apply brush! The brushes that some blush
comes with do not do this type of makeup justice!
Purchasing Blush
Phew, there are a LOT of different types of blush: - Powder Blush, which is the most common and is also what I personally use. Good for any skin
type but favors those with oily skin. Also best to use on dry, humid days because of how well it sets. - Cream Blush, another popular type of blush best for those with dry
skin. Be careful how you apply this it can easily remove some of your foundation, also be careful of blemishes because it can make them more noticeable. - Tints (or
Stains), honestly one of the hardest types of blush to apply ... I've attempted and failed at this a few times, only recently mastering this tricky stuff. Lasts the
longest and looks more natural than the other types of blush. Easy to streak and because it dries so quickly it is extremely difficult to fix a mistake once you have made one.
DO NOT use on dry skin. -Gel Blush, Good for a sheer look, if using on dry skin be sure to moisturize before you apply foundation and/or blush. Dries quickly so also hard
to correct mistakes. -Mousse Blush, it's a lot like cream blush but once it sets looks a lot like powder blush. Applied with fingers and suits almost all skin
types.
The Lighter Your Skin = The Lighter The Blush Color The Darker Your Skin = The Deeper The Blush Color
For a natural look try to match the color to the
color your face goes when you are flushed from physical activities. I may look weird running into a store sweating and tired, but you want the right color
blush.
Another tip is that you can also match your blush color to your lip color.
